It is a rainy day, but we did not let that stop us from having our yearly Easter Egg Hunt.  The children hunted for eggs in their classroom and had a great time. They are all excited about the Easter Bunny coming to visit them this weekend.   

We will be celebrating National Library Week from April 6-10. We love books and we love to read! We will be promoting the local libraries and encourage all families to spend time at the library with their children.  Our libraries offer so many activities for the entire family.  I personally enjoy going to my local library and participate in the reading programs and other activities they offer. If you haven’t had this experience, I would encourage you to visit your library and ask them about the programs and activities they offer for the entire family.

Next month we will be honoring our teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week.  This is one of my favorite times of the year because I work with a wonderful group of teachers and I appreciate their dedication to the children in our care. Thank you MMDC teachers!
