November Newsletter

The month of November brings us many things; the changing of weather, leaves falling, Daylight Savings Time, Veterans Day, World Kindness Day and Thanksgiving. This month is a time we can reflect and be thankful for the people in our lives. The dictionary defines "Thanksgiving" as an "act of giving thanks". It gives us the opportunity amongst all the hustle and bustle of our daily lives to slow down and teach and model gratitude to our young children. During this month our students will be learning about traditions, history and most importantly to be thankful for everything and everybody. We will end our month, with a Thanksgiving feast before our students go home to celebrate with their families.
