Teacher Appreciation Week is May 5th-9th. I appreciate our hardworking teachers and staff. Each day they work tirelessly with the children in our care. In celebrating this week, the parents have been overwhelmingly generous in showing their appreciation to the teaching staff of MMDC. Thank you, parents, for the showing such kindness to the teachers and staff.

Muffins with Mom: each year we set aside one afternoon where the moms come into the daycare and enjoy a mini concert from our Primary classes. Then they enjoy muffins with their mom. This year the children have created a special painting for all of the moms in the building. This is their own unique creation, and I know will be very special to all of our moms. Happy Mother's Day!

On May 26th we will observe Memorial Day. This is a time when we pause to remember those who have paid the supreme sacrifice while serving in the U.S. military.
